In order to comply with the Copyright Act:

1. The student must have a learning disability relating to visual comprehension. Persons with other perceptual disabilities also qualify.


2. Identification of the person's perceptual disability must be provided. This can be in the form of a copy of the pertinent sections of the student's educational assessment, or a letter from the student's special education teacher identifying the individual as having a perceptual disability.


3. You are agreeing to pay for the services of transcription not a copy of a text.
